Let the Atman Lead - Let the Self Reveal Itself

In the silence of your own being, there is a presence that has never changed. It is not bound by time, not disturbed by thoughts, not subject to fear. It is the Self—pure, formless, ever-present.

This Self is not something you need to attain. It is what you are. But the mind, driven by habit and identification, seeks control. It seeks answers where only stillness is required.

You believe you must fix, solve, strive. Yet all along, there is a deeper intelligence moving through everything. When you stop interfering, when you stop trying to direct the flow, what remains is peace.

As Robert Adams has said:

"There’s something within you that knows what to do. There is a power greater than you that knows how to take care of you without your help. All you’ve got to do is to surrender to it. Surrender your thoughts, your mind, your ego, to the current that knows the way. It will take care of you. It will take better care of you than you can ever imagine."

This is not surrender in the worldly sense. It is not weakness. It is clarity. It is the recognition that the 'you' you are trying to preserve is only an illusion. The wave cannot control the ocean. But when it merges back, it remembers—it was never separate.

Allow yourself to rest in that current. It is not separate from you. It is you.

Let go of the idea of effort. Let go of the notion of doership. The Self is already free.

Be still. Know who you are. And let That take care of everything.
